Our sons, Janek and Julian, are both certified sommeliers. Janek knows wines from a sensory and taste point of view. Thanks to his experience as a chef, Julian knows exactly the guests' sense of taste. As brothers, they carry on their passion: Excellent service with special attention to guests and the culinary specialities of our kitchen.
