With the explicit acceptance of the price offer, a binding accommodation contract (contratto d'albergo) is concluded in accordance with Articles 1322 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code. Reservations must be made in writing. The declaration of intent is legally valid according to these provisions, even through information systems (email, online reservation).

Cancellation/Withdrawal: Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival without providing any reason.
• For cancellations between 30 and 7 days before arrival, 80% of the total booked amount will be charged.
• From the 7th day before arrival and in case of early departure, 100% of the total booked amount will be charged.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to avoid incurring any cancellation fees in case of trip cancellation.

Italian law applies. According to Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I Regulation, of 17 June 2008) Article 4, paragraph 1, letters b and c, Italian law applies even in the absence of this consent. Jurisdiction: Bolzano Regional Court. By making a reservation, you also agree to the processing of your personal data. The right to privacy is guaranteed in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 196/2003.

Important: These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are fully or partially rebooked.

• Accident of the insured person and his/her travelling companions
• Unexpected serious illness of the insured person and travelling companions
• Death of the insured person and travelling companions, children, parents or grandparents
• Medically justified insured events must be confirmed in writing by the attending physician. Please note: Existing medical conditions are only insured if they become unexpectedly acute.
• Info: if more than two rooms are booked, hotel insurance cannot be taken out.
